Sowunmi had approached a lower court in Abeokuta, seeking the dissolution of the state party executives ahead of the primaries.
He, had, alleged that the state exco of the being biased and compromising in the process of the governorship primary election of the party.
However, the lower court struck out the case , a development that made Sowunmi to appeal against the judgement.
Reacting to the list released by INEC on Tuesday, Sowunmi said, “we are in court, and so, a list released by INEC in the case of Ogun means nothing for election until the case is decided. And soon, it will.
“Let the ignorant rejoice. They will soon “lule”. In the corners of their rooms, they know this. Informed members of the public also know this very well. Let no one deceive anyone.
