Ogun: FG distributes over 500 debit cards to residents of IELG

 Over 500 residents of Ijebu East Local Government benefitted from the Federal Government of Nigeria’s cash transfer through the Ogun State Cash Transfer Unit.

The Chairman of the council, Hon. Wale Adedayo while receiving the team led by Mr. Femi Owoojuona (Head of Operations),  commended the efforts of the federal government in ensuring a better life for all Nigerians, especially those at the grassroots.

Adedayo said people in the grassroots deserve better living provided by both the government at the centre and at the state level.

He enjoined the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the grants to boost their day to day activities.

News Contact Online learnt that the  distribution of the debit cards to cash transfer beneficiaries, was held at the local government secretariat, Ijebu Ogbere, Ogun State on Wednesday.
