MULAN congratulates Senator Tinubu over election's victory

The Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN) Lagos State Branch, has congratulated Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over his election as the President – elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, at the February 25th elections.

The Association in a statement signed by its Chairman, Barrister Musibau Ajibola Kaka and Sofiyullah A. Oladipo, Secretary, appreciated Allah for choosing him among other contestants to administer the affairs of the country.

The statement reads, “We appreciate the favour of Allah, the Most High, over you by choosing you amongst other contestants to saddle the leadership of the country, we pray, the next eight years. We believe your victory comes with a great deal of responsibility to building a more united and prosperous Nigeria.

“We have no doubt that the task ahead is one filled with numerous challenges. We pray Allah gives you the wisdom, strength, and good health to handle the affairs of our troubled nation. We have unwavering trust in your leadership capabilities and we are certain you will build a team of competent and capable lieutenants who will deliver your good intentions to the masses.  

“Whilst we also pray and work towards the victory and success of the incumbent governor of Lagos State at the forthcoming polls, we assure you of our unalloyed support and partnership in building a better and enduring greater Nigeria for future generations to come.

“We continue to pray that Almighty Allah grants you the grace, wisdom, good health and wherewithal to discharge these enormous responsibilities.

“Once again, your excellency, accept on behalf of our members, congratulations on your victory.”
