Ramadan: Let's further uphold peace, good neighborliness – Senator Adeola urges Muslims

The Senator -elect for Ogun West Senatorial District, Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, has urged all Muslim faithful to further preached peace, good neighborliness and brotherly love during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Adeola,who is the  Chairman, Senate Committee on Finance, in a statement issued on Thursday by his Media Adviser, Kayode Odunaro, also enjoined them to use the period to  pray for the smooth and effective take off of the incoming administrations in Nigeria.

He stressed the need for prayers for the 

 smooth take off of new administrations at the federal and states level after the relatively peaceful general elections in Nigeria.

While wishing all Islamic faithful a successful fasting period, praying Allah to reward everyone with forgiveness and answer all heartfelt supplications during the fasting period.

“All of us must continually pray for our nation to continue on the path of peace, unity and progress,”he said.
