Economic empowerment: Rep Akinlade unveils series of projects, Saturday

The member representing Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency, Hon. Iziaq Abiodun Akinlade, will on Saturday, April 19, unveiled projects carried out in order to boost development and welfare of the people.

Some of the projects included a comprehensive medical outreach program;grants for economic prosperity; commissioning of the re-modelling of Owode Yewa roundabout and a fun fair party for children.

According to the statement, the medical outreach seeks to improve access to quality healthcare by offering essential medical services to his constituents.

While the lawmaker would also be supporting economic sustainability of his constituents by disbursing grants to small businesses;individuals and support groups to boost entrepreneurship and financial independence across the Yewa South/Ipokia Constituency.

The re-modelling of Owode-Yewa roundabout is expected to enhance traffic flow and modernize the appearance of Owode-Yewa metropolis. In like manner, the children’s funfair will promote excitement through engaging activities and interesting games.

 These laudable programmes further affirmed Hon. Akinlade’s prioritization of his constituents’ well-being.

Expected to grace the occasion were the Chairman of Yewa-South Local Government, Barr. Hon Abraham Babatunde Ogunsola and the Chairman of Ipokia Local Government, Hon. Avoseh Johnson Akohomeh; political leaders and supporters of the lawmaker.
