Global Market: Pelican Valley signs separate MoU with Canadian based licensed mortgage firm…as CEO attends AYIDSA Cultural Day in S/Africa

In a bid to further deepen the Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited brand’s global penetration in the offshore property market, the real estate firm has signed a separate Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) naming Canada – based Mr. Hammed Ayoade and Ms Habeebat Adeniyi, a Canadian based licensed mortgage firm, as its representatives in the North American country.

Ms Habeebat Adeniyi and Mr Hammed Ayoade are based in Winnipeg – Manitoba, Canada.

This will see Ms. Habeebat Adeniyi, a mortgage professional with an outstanding track record of client financing success and proving understanding of real estate market, serving as the bridge between the Nigeria – based real estate firm and the property investment diaspora community in Canada.

Adeyemo said that the necessary MOU had been signed by all the parties.

He said the initiative would strengthen investor confidence and ensure seamless transactions between clients in the diaspora and Pelican Valley, explaining that the partnership also seeks to address challenges of geographical boundaries by making it possible for Nigerians and other investors in the diaspora to invest in Pelican Valley’s real estate projects in Nigeria conveniently.

According to the real estate entrepreneur, the partnership is built on shared goals and mutual benefits just as it requires its Canada representatives to promote the Pelican Valley’s brand, projects, and real estate offerings in diaspora in manners that reflect the well – grounded Pelican Valley’s values of integrity, reliability, and quality service.

He expressed the confidence that partnership will further expand his brand’s reach and visibility among the Nigerian and African communities not just in Canada but also in the United Kingdom and United States that are interested in property ownership and investment back home

Meanwhile, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, CEO, is poised to visit South Africa soon on the invitation of Association of Yorubas in Diaspora South Africa(AYIDSA).

Adeyemo, who disclosed the development to newsmen on Thursday at the firm’s state-of-the-art site Office in Kobape area of Ogun State, said the sociocultural group had also written both the Nigerian High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa and the Embassy of South Africa in Lagos for the perfection of the his travel documents which has been granted.

According to him, he was invited to attend the Annual Heritage Day event by the AYIDSA, a registered association of Nigerian professionals of Yoruba extraction residing in South Africa and which uses the event to promote brotherhood, nation-building and preserve its cultural heritage as an ethnic nationality in Nigeria.

The real estate entrepreneur will function as a Special Guest of Honour and a Speaker for the Heritage Day Event which coincides with the 10th Year anniversary celebration of its existence.

Adeyemo said that he was fully prepared for the forthcoming auspicious celebration, which he added, would provide him an ample opportunity to unite not with the Yoruba ethnicity in South Africa alone, but also other Nigerians and the black communities in general.

According to him, it will be a unique forum to handle the needs of Nigerians living in South Africa who have shown interests in the integrity personified Pelican Valley brand of real estate projects.

Dr Adeyemo, an anti-corruption ambassador, said the event has culture, business and investment trappings, stressing that on the sideline, he will guide potential investors living in South Africa on the salient indexes, opportunities and pitfalls to watch out in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
