Popular Ibadan business vendor, Adesina Olayinka, found dead in hotel room

A popular business vendor in the ancient city of Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, Olayinka Adesina, has been found dead at Wetland Hotel, Akobo area of Ibadan.

News Contact Online gathered that the deceased had lodged in the hotel with yet to be identified man on Wednesday night.

Information gathered had it that when the man wanted to check out of the hotel, on Thursday morning, a call was put through to the deceased who directed the hotel receptionist to allow her guest to go.

However, the story changed when one of the hotel worker knocked on the door hours after the man had left, in order to return a power bank said to have been borrowed from the deceased.

The door was not opened despite several knocks on it, the development led to the use of extra card by the hotel manager to open the door where the lifeless body of the business lady was discovered.

It was suspected that the deceased might have been allegedly used for ritual.
