Salako eulogies Alake @ 80

The attainment of 80 fruitful and glorious years in the life of His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr Michael Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, surely calls for celebration.

As the drums and trumpets are gleefully rolled out, therefore, it is my pleasure and honour to join millions of Distinguished Nigerians especially sons and daughters of Egbaland to celebrate and rejoice with Kabiyesi on this joyful occasion of his eight decades in the land of the living, and still counting.

It is my prayer that the grace of God which has manifested so glowingly in Kabiyesi’s life thus far will continue to abide with him and see him through many more years of good health, peaceful reign and sterling contributions to the progress and prosperity of Egbaland, Ogun State and Nigeria, in general.

Igba odun, odun kan ni o, Kabiyesi.

Signed:

Dr Iziaq Kunle Salako,

Honourable Minister of State for Environment.
